What I offer

I offer worldwide online coaching and in-person coaching sessions for anyone located in Fuerteventura. My coaching sessions are in English and I work with individuals. Small businesses. And new business starters, who would like help to improve their performance in any area of their professional or personal life. The coaching sessions are always client-centered and are about you, and you are in control of how you want to use your time in each session. From the beginning, we will establish a strong relationship by creating mutual trust and setting up a safe environment and agreement on how we will work together.  During our sessions together, we will explore your emotions, thoughts, and ideas around the topics of your choice and create an action plan that works towards a desired outcome that is right for you.  

My coaching packages have been designed to fit around your lifestyle and provide you with plenty of time to implement, practice, and reflect on the things that you discover about yourself during our coaching sessions.

How it works

Step 1:

Get in touch and schedule your free 30-minute discovery call with me. Book Now to see if we are a good match to work together.

Step 2:

On agreement that we both believe that we are a good fit, the next step is to fill in and return the signed coaching agreement and make the full payment for your coaching sessions.

Step 3:

On completion of step 2, you will be able to book the dates and times of your choosing for your coaching sessions.

* Bookings are based on availability. All attempts will be made to fit your coaching sessions into a schedule that works best for you.

Step 4:

Receive a meeting link or confirmed location and start your coaching sessions. And that’s it your coaching journey will start on the first agreed date.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a client-centred supportive partnership between coach and client that focuses mainly on the present and future of you. On occasion, we will look into the past to identify if there is anything there that is holding you back in the present day. As a partnership, we will work together to help you work on any challenges, goals, or issues that are important to you and your life. Using a variety of coaching methods, open questioning, and active listening, we will explore and uncover your current way of thinking, find solutions that work best for you, and create an action plan to work toward your desired outcome.

Who is coaching for?

If you want to take ownership of your life and work through any challenging situations. Create a clear direction to achieving a goal. Or perform at an improved level in any area of your life, then coaching is for you. Coaching can be beneficial in producing positive change both in your personal and professional life. Simply put, coaching can be for anybody.

How much time do I need to invest in coaching?

The amount of time you commit to coaching is really up to you, what you would like to achieve, and how quickly you would like to achieve it. Creating lasting change is challenging and can take time. I recommend splitting the coaching sessions up to allow time for the strengthening of the coaching relationship. Creating actionable steps. Implementing your plan. And reflect on your progress. 

What is performance coaching and what does it focus on?

Performance coaching is for anybody who wants to work towards improved performance in an area of their life that they wish to perform better in. This could be both in your personal or professional life. Whether you want to improve your communication in your relationships, make more sales at work, get a promotion, or improve in a sport you love, coaching can help with this. As a performance coach, I will work with you to identify the barriers that are blocking you from successfully reaching a level that you consider high performance. Some of the areas we may explore together are self-esteem and confidence, stress and fear management,improved communicationemotional resilience and, how to set goals. Create a plan. And build a routine that keeps you on track, and consistent, and leads to a successful outcome.
